Gemma Emmanuel Waterton, 28, is producer of Eclipse Theatre, based at the New Wolsey, Ipswich. With a degree in performing arts, she dreams of one day running a building and loves the fact that in her current work, no two days are the same. Gemma has also worked as a theatre administrator, in front of house roles and as a project manager. She advises people wanting to work in the theatre to "learn how to hustle and be your own marketer".
