Costumier - Devon

This is a voluntary position

The South Devon Players (based in Brixham, Torbay, South Devon) are looking for someone who would like to work on costume-making, for our next production.

This means altering garments to look period (in this case 17th century) or making them - materials provided. This cant be paid, but we can offer a portfolio photo shoot of the cast wearing the costumes, and credit in the programme, for the applicants portfolio.

The successful applicant should live in the Torbay area and be able to attend rehearsals and costume fittings in Brixham, be reliable and hardworking, with a sincere interest in stage costume.

Applicants will be asked to meet with us on a Wednesday evening in Brixham to meet the rest of the cast and for an informal interview, the play is to be performed in September, in the Devon area.

Applicants should email laura.jury@churston.torbay.sch.uk
