Administrator (touring theatre company)

Are you a talented administrator/ PA with a love of theatre looking for contract work?

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in professional theatre/ arts administration?

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • general book-keeping and accounts administration
  • payroll administration
  • laising with venue and local council on safety and other site related issues
  • database administration and query selection for mail-outs
  • dealing with agent/ cast enquiries
  • administration of logistics and scheduling for other venues
  • developing and managing systems for advance ticket bookings
  • dealing with incoming emails and post
  • updating website
  • basic marketing support including fielding press enquiries
  • PA duties to the Artistic Director

You will need to be extremely computer literate – Word, Access and Excel skills are a must.

A knowledge of QuickBooks, or a related application would be a great advantage – and you must be available for full time work between now and mid/ late September.

A knowledge of/ passion for theatre and the arts will be an enormous bonus.
