Spotlight on networking at theatre festivals

Wednesday 4th June 2008, 6.30-8.30pm

Greenroom

Peforming Arts Network and Development Agency (PANDA) are delighted to announce the latest in the 'Spotlight On' series of events, Spotlight On... Networking at Theatre Festivals, with special guest speaker Eileen O'Reilly from Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Make the most of the theatre festival season by maximising those networking opportunities.

This event is for anyone presenting work at this year's theatre festivals, intending to showcase in future, or just attending as a festivalgoer.

Festivals are not only a chance to see new work and socialise with your peers and colleagues, but are a great opportunity to meet up with new contacts and develop those valuable relationships.

We are delighted to welcome Eileen O'Reilly, Promotor Liaison Manager at the world renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe, who has agreed to join us to share some of her tips and tricks of the trade including:

> How to identify who you should be networking with, especially at really busy festivals like Edinburgh Fringe.

> How to access and approach contacts once you've identified them and what to say when you get that golden opportunity.

This Spotlight On... will be an informal 'in conversation' type event, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to network after the session.
