Have you got qualifications?
10 GCSEs, 3 A-levels, a degree and I’m currently studying for MSc (a second, higher-level science degree)

Why did you start working in theatre?
I was unhappy in old job and fancied a new challenge

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher

What do you do all day?
Serving customers, selling tickets, answering enquiries in person and over the phone, cash handling and ensuring people get into shows on time

What’s the best thing about your job?
Being part of a team and getting to see the shows

And the worst?
Dealing with uncooperative customers

What’s your dream job in theatre?
Something in wardrobe or props
